Lloyd Reeb

Lloyd Reeb

Drawing on lessons and frameworks developed from decades of mentoring CEOs, global leaders, and his own family, Lloyd Reeb reframes the later years of leadership as the highest-leverage season of life. He shows how to move from “king” to “sage” — from direct achievement to generational impact. Eric Dudley will join him as co-facilitator, and he brings the unique vantage point of having Lloyd as his executive coach.

Host: Lloyd Reeb, co-author Sage Stage and Founding Partner of the Halftime Institute, and Eric Dudley, Gathering Board Director.

Who: Whether you’re ascendant in your career or preparing for retirement, this group is geared towards leaders who understand that mentoring is a gift that yields extraordinary fruit, and a craft that requires understanding and practice before mastery.

When: This group will meet on Monday, April 13, Noon to 1 pm ET and again on Tuesday, May 12 and Monday, June 15, followed by an in-person reunion at our next Annual Conference in September 2027.

Criteria to join our community events

  • Follow Jesus as Lord and Savior.
  • Give at least $200,000 a year to Christian causes. Though the number isn't a rigid threshold, it represents a proxy for the types of people who are asking and wrestling with the same questions around wise stewardship, giving well, avoiding pitfalls, raising the next generation, allocating resources, defining a family legacy, etc. People come to The Gathering to pursue relationships with peers who are exploring similar issues with a measure of humility, vulnerability, and trust.
