Below are some questions you may have in the registration process, but don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Video introduction to the Portal

F.A.Q.'S

  • Who in my family should log in first to the portal?

The first person in your family to log in to the portal should be the primary person responsible for registering your family for events. This will help our system build out your family household properly instead of forming duplicates. After the primary person logs in, anyone they add with a profile will be able to log in and see the same family information and register for events, if desired.

  • Do I need to create a profile before registering for an event? What about family members I’m trying to register, too?

Create a profile for each person in your household. Once you’re finished creating the profiles in the portal, you can register everyone for the upcoming conference. The registration form will pull information from your profile. This will save you time when you register for future events.

  • What defines a “household” in our portal?

People who live with you, e.g. Your spouse and dependent children. You can create multiple households on your account for family members who do not live at your address. For example, your adult children who no longer live at home, but you’d like to register them for the conference: Set up their profiles with their own mailing addresses and phone numbers.

  • What’s the difference between creating a new household and linking a household?

If you have family members who do not live in your home, you can create separate “households” for them. For example, you and your husband live in Denver, and your son and daughter-in-law live in Colorado Springs. But if you attempt to create a profile for someone who has already set up their own household, the system won’t allow you to save that profile. Instead, you can invite that person to link their household with yours. You’ll be able to see each other’s basic information, like dietary needs and contact details.

  • I'm trying to use the same email address for the profiles I am adding, but it won't allow me to proceed.

Our system requires a unique email address for each profile on our portal. The only exception is a child (18 years or younger) and the email field is not required.
