Andy Crouch is partner for theology and culture at Praxis, a venture-building ecosystem advancing redemptive entrepreneurship. His writing explores faith, culture, and the image of God in the domains of technology, power, leadership, and the arts. He is the author of five books (plus another with his daughter, Amy Crouch): The Life We're Looking For: Reclaiming Relationship in a Technological World, The Tech-Wise Family: Everyday Steps for Putting Technology in Its Proper Place, Strong and Weak: Embracing a Life of Love, Risk and True Flourishing, Playing God: Redeeming the Gift of Power, and Culture Making: Recovering Our Creative Calling.

Andy serves on the governing board of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. For more than ten years he was an editor and producer at Christianity Today, including serving as executive editor from 2012 to 2016. He served the John Templeton Foundation in 2017 as senior strategist for communication. His work and writing have been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time, and several editions of Best Christian Writing and Best Spiritual Writing—and, most importantly, received a shout-out in Lecrae's 2014 single "Non-Fiction."

From 1998 to 2003, Andy was the editor-in-chief of re:generation quarterly, a magazine for an emerging generation of culturally creative Christians. For ten years he was a campus minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Harvard University. He studied classics at Cornell University and received an M.Div. summa cum laude from Boston University School of Theology. A classically trained musician who draws on pop, folk, rock, jazz, and gospel, he has led musical worship for congregations of 5 to 20,000. He and his wife, Catherine, raised two children and live in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.

Mike Donehey has seen his fair share of the unexpected. Following a potentially fatal car crash as a teen, Mike learned to play the guitar while still in bed recovering from his injuries. Heather Rice-Minus is the President and CEO of Prison Fellowship. Heather first joined Prison Fellowship in 2013, and in her most recent role of executive vice president, she led teams that build partnerships with churches, help strengthen relationships between incarcerated parents and their children, foster partnerships with donors at every level, and advocate for restorative criminal justice reform. In a previous role as the head of Prison Fellowship's advocacy team, she was a leading voice behind the passage of the FIRST STEP Act. 

A sought-after public speaker on the intersection of faith, justice, and incarceration, Heather has addressed audiences at national conferences and events including Wilberforce Weekend, Q Ideas Conference, and more. She has also contributed to Christianity Today, Slate, CBN News, The Marshall Project, PBS' Religion & Ethics NewsWeekly, and many other media outlets. 

Previously, Heather managed prison reform advocacy efforts at the National Religious Campaign Against Torture and taught English in East Africa. 

She graduated cum laude from Colorado State University with a degree in liberal arts and social work. After earning her J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, she became a member of the Virginia State Bar, a member of the American Enterprise Institute’s Leadership Network and Faith & Public Life Ideas Council, and a Colson Fellow. 

She resides in Southeast Washington, D.C., with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. Dan Allender received his Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University. He taught for seven years in the Biblical Counseling Department of Grace Theological Seminary, and from 1989-1997 worked as a professor in the masters program of Biblical Counseling at Colorado Christian University in Denver. Currently, Dan serves as the founding President and Professor of Counseling at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in Seattle, Washington. 

Dan travels and speaks extensively to present his unique perspective on sexual abuse recovery, love and forgiveness, leadership, Sabbath, and other related topics. He is the author of numerous books including The Wounded Heart, The Healing Path, How Children Raise Parents, The Intimate Mystery, Intimate Allies, To Be Told, Leading with a Limp, Breaking the Idols of Your Heart, and Sabbath. His latest work, released in 2016 is Healing the Wounded Heart, a revisit to his work on sexual abuse and trauma.

He and his wife, Rebecca, live in the Puget Sound area of Washington and have three adult children and five grandchildren.

Alyson’s expertise spans the development and implementation of nonprofit programs targeting complex social issues, strategic planning for sustainable impact, financial stewardship, executive management, public speaking, and building effective leadership teams. Her strategic vision empowers organizations and their teams to drive real, positive change. 

Since joining Mindful Philanthropy in September 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, Alyson has built robust internal systems to enhance talent management, strategic planning, financial transparency, and effective communications. In 2021, she became Chief Executive Officer, where she continues to lead the organization in mobilizing high-impact funding to address urgent mental health and related social issues. 

Alyson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, where she also serves as an adjunct professor teaching nonprofit management. Her commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders and advancing social change remains at the heart of her work.

For over 25 years, Julie has led organizations and shaped communication strategies. After earning a journalism degree from Boston University, she landed her dream job at NBC the same week she became a follower of Christ through Redeemer Presbyterian Church in NYC. She then spent 11 years helping to start with Priority Associates, a CRU ministry to young professionals in NYC and Orlando. Julie later served as VP of Communication and Programming at Generous Giving. Today, as President of Women Doing Well, she lives out her passion for women, leadership, and “cultivating change.” She lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, Gary, and their daughter, Ella.

Dr. Jennifer Holloran serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at The American Bible Society. With decades of experience in the global movement to expand Bible access and engagement, Jennifer has a keen ability to lead strategically and pursue innovation.

Prior to joining American Bible Society, Jennifer served Wycliffe Bible Translators USA for more than 22 years in various leadership roles, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. In this position, she oversaw Wycliffe USA’s global operations, including field partnerships, church engagement, finances, human resources, marketing and communications, development, and technology.

In addition to her work experience, Jennifer has also served on the boards of numerous organizations working to further develop Bible access and engagement, including Missio Nexus, Mission Aviation Fellowship USA, and Partners International.

Jennifer holds a doctorate in strategic leadership from Regent University as well as a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in human resources from University of Central Florida.

Jennifer and her husband, Tim, live in Philadelphia with their daughters, Katherine and Penelope. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, video gaming, and music. Jennifer is a singer-songwriter who also plays piano, violin, and viola. She released her first album, “Come on Home,” in 2013.
